Owner and Director
MS
Logan isn't your typical gym owner. He built his career around human performance at the highest level – spending 11+ years as a Human Performance Specialist with the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Carson, where he designed training programs for elite operators. During that time, Logan built injury recovery programs that returned operators to full duty and deployment readiness – experience that shapes how he coaches every client at Alloy today. He also served as Tactical Program Manager for the NSCA, supporting strength and conditioning professionals nationwide. Logan holds an M.S. in Exercise Science along with CSCS and RSCC*D certifications – credentials earned in the field, not just the classroom. Now, as owner and coach at Alloy Personal Training Colorado Springs, Logan brings that same expertise to busy adults 40 and over – helping them build strength, improve energy, and stay active for years to come. His mission is simple: help busy adults get stronger, feel better, and live with confidence.

MBA
Bostyn Brodine has spent her whole life around the things that make people stronger. She played Division I soccer, where she learned early that results come from showing up, being held accountable, and having a team that won't let you quit – especially on the days you'd rather not. She paid her way through college running operations at her university gym. Supervising staff, opening and closing, and mostly getting to know the people who came in every day. She watched who stuck with it and who disappeared after three weeks, and it was almost never about the workout. It was about whether anyone noticed they were gone. From there she spent over a decade in government and defense program management – leading teams under real deadlines and building systems that hold up when it matters. That's the part members never see and always feel: schedules that work, coaches who are prepared, nothing falling through the cracks. Bostyn is out in the community connecting Alloy with local businesses and neighbors. She believes a gym should be the most welcoming place in town, and she's helping build this one to prove it.

PhD
Brea has spent her whole career on one question: what actually keeps people healthy? She earned her PhD in Biobehavioral Health from Penn State, led research labs, and taught public health at the university level – studying the diseases that quietly take years off people's lives. The research was clear. The hard part was helping real people act on it. That's why she opened Alloy Personal Training in Colorado Springs. Small-group coaching, real accountability, and programming built for people with jobs, families, and knees that aren't 25 anymore. She runs Alloy alongside her sister Bostyn and Logan, who brings 20 years of experience in strength and conditioning. It's a family business built around a simple goal: help people in this community add good years to their lives, not just workouts to their week.
Co-Director of Training
Jillian Smith brings more than 16 years of training and coaching experience to Alloy – plus firsthand knowledge of what it takes to turn your health around. Her journey started in 2010, when her own health hit a point she couldn't ignore. She enrolled at the National Personal Training Institute to learn everything she could about getting stronger and healthier, and what began as a personal mission turned into a career. She also holds an Associate Degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. Jillian is a Level 1 and Level 2 certified nutrition coach through the Nutritional Coaching Institute, so her clients get a plan for what happens outside the studio, not just inside it. She's added new education every year since she started, with training across Olympic weightlifting, corrective exercise, and yoga. Her own athletic path has gone from her first half marathon to competing at an elite level in CrossFit. These days her focus is recovery, holistic health, and longevity – building bodies that perform now and hold up for decades. The way she sees it, training hard is only half the job. The other half is what makes the results last. As Co-Director of Training, Jillian is here to bring that experience into the studio and build a culture where every member gets stronger.
Head Coach
Adila believes fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating – and that philosophy shapes everything she does at Alloy. As Head Coach at Alloy Personal Training Colorado Springs, Adila works closely with every member to make sure each workout is safe, effective, and tailored to their individual goals. Whether someone is just getting started or getting back into training after years away, she meets them where they are and builds from there. Her focus is helping members build strength, improve mobility, and create healthy habits that support life both inside and outside the studio. Her mission: helping members get stronger with confidence.
Coach
M.S., CSCS
Sean Riden brings extensive collegiate and tactical strength and conditioning experience to individual client training. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University and a Master of Science in Strength and Conditioning from Harding University. Over the course of his career, Sean has designed and implemented comprehensive training programs for numerous NCAA Division II athletic teams, mentored national champions, and coached athletes across a wide range of sports and performance backgrounds. That work spans everything from in-season performance programming to return-to-play progressions, giving him a deep well of experience to draw from with clients at any level. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Sean specializes in science-backed programming, functional strength development, and individualized modifications for clients navigating injuries or physical limitations. His approach is built on meeting people where they are – assessing movement, identifying limitations, and building a plan that produces results without compromising safety. Sean is dedicated to helping individuals of all fitness levels build strength, move well, and achieve sustainable results that hold up long after the session ends.
Coach
MSc, ACSM-EP
Carter Goodson brings a sports-science background and hands-on experience with Olympic-level athletes to every client he trains at Alloy. He holds a Master of Science in Human Physiology with an emphasis in Elite Sport Performance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, and a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Wellness from Northern Arizona University. He is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and is currently pursuing his NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential. Carter spent more than two years working directly with Olympic-level athletes, running metabolic and power testing to track training status and fine-tune performance. His lab experience covers VO2max, blood lactate, body composition, and resting metabolic rate testing – the same tools used at the highest level of sport. He has also taught undergraduate physiology at UCCS, worked in a physical therapy clinic helping people return from injury, and spent four-plus years training everyday clients in the gym. That combination is what makes him effective here. Carter is comfortable working with people coming back from injury, and he applies the same science used with elite athletes to real life – whether the goal is a first pull-up, a pain-free back, or keeping up with the grandkids.
